TERMS OF USE FOR LIGHTWEIGHT APP

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By accessing and using the Lightweight App (“Application”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

2. ELIGIBILITY You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application. If you are under 18, you need parental consent.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. USAGE RULES & PROHIBITED CONDUCT You agree not to:

• Use the Application for any illegal activities.
• Share, distribute, or modify the Application without authorization.
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Application.
• Post offensive, harmful, or misleading content.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

• Some features may require a paid subscription.
• Payments are processed through third-party providers.
• Refunds are subject to the Company’s refund policy.
• The subscriptions are yearly and depending on the location, it is 99 TRY or 5 USD per year (it may be slightly different based on daily exchange rates).

6. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

• You retain ownership of content you submit but grant the Company a license to use it.
• The Company has the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Application.

10. TERMINATION The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
