END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR LIGHTWEIGHT (AĞIRSAĞLAM) APP

Effective Date: 19.03.2025

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS By downloading, installing, or using the Lightweight App (“Application”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use the Application.

2. LICENSE GRANT AĞIRSAĞLAM LTD. (“Company”) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

3. RESTRICTIONS You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Application;
• Use the Application for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;
• Share, distribute, or sublicense the Application without written consent from the Company;
• Interfere with the operation of the Application or attempt to gain unauthorized access to its systems.

4. OWNERSHIP All intellectual property rights in the Application, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, content, and software, remain the property of the Company. You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in the Application.

5. PRIVACY POLICY Your use of the Application is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. You can review the Privacy Policy at: https://www.agirsaglam.com/lightweight-agirsaglam-app-privacy-policy/

6. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS The Company may release updates or modifications to the Application. These updates may include bug fixes, new features, or performance improvements. Your continued use of the Application after an update constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.

7. TERMINATION The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time for any reason, including violations of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Application from your devices.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The Application is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Application, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
